OurMaids, Inc. was founded in 2000 as a professional residential and commercial cleaning company. More than 25 years later, we are still in the cleaning business, serving customers directly and helping care for homes, offices, rental properties, and other spaces.
We have grown, added locations, improved our technology, and developed a franchise system, but our approach remains personal: local service, dependable cleaning, responsive customer care, and accountability to the people we serve.

OurMaids® did not begin as a technology company or an online marketplace. We began by cleaning homes and businesses. That direct operating experience continues to shape how we price services, communicate with customers, schedule appointments, train teams, and improve the way cleaning is delivered.
Technology now helps us make booking and managing a cleaning easier, but the service itself remains local and people-centered.

OurMaids, Inc. itself owns and operates several OurMaids® franchises, keeping the company directly connected to the day-to-day realities of serving cleaning customers.
